Μετά από πολλά split και άλλα τόσα Ep’s επιστρέφουν – και τι επιστροφή! Έμπνευση και οργή δομούν το Elder Giants με πολύ μεράκι. Για μένα είναι ένα πραγματικό διαμάντι .Αν δεν τον ακούσεις δεν έχει νόημα να ξανακλικάρεις το blog .Noise και drone μελωδίες που δίνουν χρώμα στη μουσική και σφιχτοδεμένο παίξιμο θα σου τινάξουν τα μυαλά. Σου πραγματοποιεί κάθε Black Metal προσδοκία.10/10.

After so many “split” and Ep’s they are back- and what a return! Inspiration and anger are the pieces for the Elder Giants, with a lot of passion. For me it is a crown jewel. There is no point to melodies that provide color to music and well –played performance will blow your mind. It’s just like fulfilling every Black Metal expectation.10 /10.

Αν o δίσκος δεν έγραφε 2012 , θα νόμιζα ότι ακόμα υπογράφει παράγωγες η Deathlike Silence Productions.  Οι Mizmor με ξελογιάζουν  με το παλιομοδίτικο ύφος τους. Θα τους  χαρακτήριζα τετρασδιάστατους. Το βάθος και η πυκνότητα εδώ κυριαρχούν. Κρυμμένη φόρμουλα vintage αισθητικής του A.L.N (όλα τα όργανα).Το studio ίσως να είναι ένα τετρακάναλο κασετόφωνο του 80’. Συν όλα αυτά, βαλε και μια πρέζα φιλοσοφημένη echo που "μετράει".Τι δεν καταλαβαίνεις Black Metal-er? H Cascadia τρέμει συθέμελα.

If 2012 was missing from the album I would think that Deathlike Silence Productions still signs for productions.Mizmor seduce with their old fashioned style.I would describe them as four-dimensional.Rage and density are hidden in vintage formulas of A.L.N aesthetics(all the instruments) .The studio might be an 80's four-channel cassette player.Plus,a pinch of sophisticated echo who sparkle.Don't you get it Black Metal-er?Cascadia trembles.

Και τώρα κάτι φρέσκο από τις παγωμένες πεδιάδες της Ουκρανίας. Οι Nonsun είναι ένα metal δίδυμο που σχηματίστηκε το 2011 από τους Goatooth (κιθάρες, μπάσο, φωνητικά) και Alpha (ντραμς). Τα παιδιά κυκλοφόρησαν το πρώτο τους demo τον προηγούμενο Δεκέμβρη. Όμορφα εκτελεσμένο μείγμα από slow riffs και post-metal μελωδίες. Επίσης πολύ καλή παραγωγή για πρώτη κυκλοφορία. Συνολικά ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον ντεμπούτο από την underground σκηνή της Ουκρανίας. Ελπίζω να δούμε περισσότερα από αυτό το σχήμα στο μέλλον.

And now some fresh blood from the cold plains of Ukraine. Nonsun is a metal-duo formed in 2011 by Goatooth (guitars, bass, vocals) and Alpha (drums). The band released their first demo "Good Old Evil"  in the past December. Well-executed mix of slow riffs and post metal melodies. The production very good for a first release. Overall a very interesting debute from the Ukraine underground scene. Hope to see more from these guys.

Η τελευταία κυκλοφορία των AoP. Οι Year of No Light είναι μια εξαμελής μπάντα που σχηματίστηκε το 2001 και έχει κυκλοφορήσει δύο albums και αρκετά splits.Και τα δύο τραγούδια είναι αρκετά αξιοπρεπή με τους AoP να κερδίζουν στα σημεία.

The last release of AoP. Year of No Light is a six-piece band formed in 2001 and has released two full length albums and several splits. Both songs are quite descent with AoP's side being slightly better.
