Από τον παγωμένο βορρά έρχονται οι Auðn . Η ατμόσφαιρα είναι αναμενόμενα ψυχρή, επιβλητική και μαγική. Εγώ γουστάρω  τα κοφτά τους ριφς  και τις ακουστικές στιγμές του δίσκου αλλά και τα «τραβηγμένα» σόλο. Έχει έντονα την αίσθηση του «εξωτερικού μουντού τοπίου» αν θα μπορούσα να τους περιγράψω σε μια πρόταση .

Here they come, the Auðn from the icy North. The atmosphere is as we expected to be cool, pompous and magic. I really like those riffs and the acoustic moments of the album and all these overwhelming solo’s as well. It feels like dull scenery and really intense, if I could describe that.

Αν και με φόντο την καθαρόαιμη Black Metal χροιά  , θα παρατηρήσεις ότι ο δίσκος είναι έντονα ατμοσφαιρικός χωρίς να το προσπαθεί. Το ντεμπούτο των Ισλανδών σε κάνει να νιώθεις κλειστοφοβικά απ την εισαγωγή κιόλας. Παρόλα αυτά δεν σε κάνει να πατήσεις pause ούτε λεπτό  . Αντίθετα, αφήνεσαι στο σκοτάδι μέχρι η ομοβροντία του «Mountains of Quivering Bones» να τελειώσει.

Everyone will notice that the album is intensely atmospheric without even trying it, even though the background is purely Black Metal. This first effort of the Iceland’s makes you fell claustrophobic already from the beginning. Nevertheless you just can t press the pause button. On the contrary, you let in darkness till the fusillade of the “Mountains of Quivering Bones” ends.

Οι Dynfari είναι ένα black metal duo που σχηματίστηκε το 2010. Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει άλλο ένα album το 2011. Πολύ καλό ατμοσφαιρικό/post bm με παγωμένη ατμόσφαιρα. Προσωπικό αγαπημένο το δεκαπεντάλεπτο έπος Hjartmyrkvi.

Dynfari is a black metal duo formed in 2010. They have released one more album in 2011, Very good atmospheric/post bm with a chilling atmosphere, Highlight of the album the 15min. epic track Hjartmyrkvi.
