Ορμώμενοι από το γράμμα του Francesco Puglisi ( συλληφθέντα από τον  Ιούνιο του 13’) η κοινότητα του The Dark Skies Above Us αποφάσισε να στείλει τα έσοδα στην οικογένεια της κοπέλας και συντρόφου του – Paola Ferla ,για την κάλυψη των εξόδων της κηδεία της. Εγώ από την μεριά μου, θα ήθελα ευχαριστήσω τον LifeSuspended και τις μπάντες για την ανιδιοτελή οργάνωση και προθυμία τους στο παρών εγχείρημα .

Η σχέση αιχμάλωτων και εκτός των τοίχων συντρόφων , είναι αμφίδρομη . (Α)

Having been affected by the letter of Francesco Puglisi (in jail since June 13) the community of The Dark Skies Above Us decided to send the efforts to the family of his girlfriend and companion – Paola Ferla – for the expenses of her funeral. Darkness descends over you. Crust and death metal unite against right side. From the first track to the last I'm captured into this obscurity and I don't want to exit. Brazilian anarcho-punk crusters contol until the fourth track then is time for SIBF. The mix of blackened crust and death metal is successful. Macula's grimeness and rawness astonish me. They are a need-of band! For Seeds In Barren Fields there's no need to talk about. Death metal veterans from Sweden took part in this split with all their best and do the best cover of Headless//Hearthless' His Hero His Gone. Let's wait for the upcoming swedish release.

Can't believe this masterpiece isn't yet on this blog. No prob. A wall of grinding drums go along with you during all the five tracks. The name is linked to a Zimbabwe's act against ethnic minorities, so their are actually a RABM band. After the first listen you can catch that they're not new in the metal scene. They have a lot of projects, indeed. So I really recommend the listen. You will understand why I can't live without it. Can't wait for the second. I know it will arrive.

Στα μέσα των 80’s περίπου ,Death Metal δίσκοι όπως τον ομώνυμο δίσκο των Deicide, που η δίκαση των ντραμς και τα blastbeats έφταναν σε τρελές ταχύτητες , αθέλητα αποτέλεσαν γλυκύ βορά  για κάποιους που προσπαθούσαν να παίξουν κάτι πιο ακραίο …Έλα όμως που το χέρι του ντράμερ μας έχει πιαστεί ,και μπασίστα δεν έχουμε βρει ακόμα .Έχω μια ιδέα. Θα βρούμε ότι πιο evil και τσιριχτό μπορούμε να τραγουδήσει. Κάπως έτσι ήταν ο προάγγελος του Black Metal. Κάποιοι όμως ,ακροβατούσαν ακόμα και τότε, στο πριν και το μετά. Ιχνηλάτες του «Man, God, Giant»  είναι μεγάλοι δίσκοι όπως το «Grom» των Behemoth η τους πρώιμους των Belphegor. Πολύ σωστός δίσκος . 

Σωστή ρεπλίκα του L-G Petrov στο μικρόφωνο ο L:O∴V∴ και άρτια τεχνική από τους κιθαριστές. Ο μπασίστας γεμίζει τον ήχο του ντράμερ-χταποδιού . Φοβερές κομματάρες το Black Rain και το Endless Funeral. Ιδανικό για τους Black Metal n’ Roll-άδες που θέλουν την υποστρωμική μούχλα του Death για γαρνιτούρα.

In mid-80s, death metal albums like the self-titled one by Deicide, where the drumms and blast-beating reached a crazy speed, were the inspiration for some people to play something more extreme. But the drummer's hands were sore and they were short on bassists. They came up with an idea. Let's find the most evil and screeching person and make him a frontman. This is what would later give birth to Black metal. But some were still with one leg in the future and the other one in the past. The predecessors of "Man, God, Giant" were albums like "Grom" by Behemoth and early Belphegor. This album is right on the spot. Vocals by LOV are almost identical with L-G Petrov and the technic of the guitarists is flawless. Bassist is completing the octapus-like drummer. "Black Rain" and "Endless Funeral" are masterpieces. Higly recommended for Black n' Roll fans who like a lurking, moldy death metal twist.

Οι Armaroth είναι μια βίαιη μουσική ηχανή που τολμά να φέρνει εμπειρίες πέρα από τον ορίζοντα την άνεσης. Οι μηχανές ξεκίνησαν το 2008, εξαπολύοντας χάος και καταστροφή στο μυαλό, που μετουσιώθηκαν το 2013 στο EP False Vision. Οι πρώτοι ακροατές του EP, ανέφεραν σοβαρή ζημιά στην αντίληψή τους για τον κόσμο και για τους εαυτούς τους. Αυτό τιμά τη μηχανή, η οποία ανυπομονεί να συνεχίσει. Armaroth is a brutal music machine that dares to deliver an experience beyond the horizons of comfort. The gears started turning in 2008, launching chaos and destruction of the mind, which were incarnated in 2013 as the False Vision EP. The EP's first listeners have reported severe damage to their perception of the world and of themselves. The machine is honoured and eager to continue its work. Βασικά δεν είμαι κανένας ειδικός στο death για αυτό το λόγο δε ποστάρω συχνά, άλλα εδώ πρόκειται για γνήσιο underground death metal. Όσους ξενίζει η Μαλαισία περιμένετε να ακούσετε τα riff. Η μπάντα είναι άγνωστο πότε σχηματίστηκε αλλά έχει κυκλοφορήσει ακόμα ένα demo το 2012 με τίτλο "Eternally Rot", το οποίο ας μας στείλει όποιος τυχόν το βρει.

To be honest i ain't an expert in the death genre and that's the reason i don't post such music often but this is some pure underground shit. Whoever gets skeptical about Malaysia, just wait until yo hear those riffs. I don't know when this band was formed but i do know that the have released another demo in 2012 called "Eternally Rot" which i would really like to have if anyone happens to stumble upon it.

Οι Valdrin είναι μια τριμελής μπάντα που δημιουργήθηκε το 2012 και αυτή είναι η πρώτη τους κυκλοφορία, η οποία διατίθεται και δωρεάν μέσω του bandcamp της μπάντα. Επιρροές από Windir, Dissection, Morbid Angel και Weakling. Πολύ καλό ντεμπούτο και ταλαντούχοι μουσικοί.

Valdrin is a three-piece act formed in 2012 and this their first release, which is also available for free through the band's bandcamp. Influences range from Windir and Dissection to Morbid Angel and Weakling. A very good debut and talented musicians.

Οι Peregrine είναι μια τετραμελής μπάντα που σχηματίστηκε το 2006. Τη μπάντα δημιούργησε ο αναρχοπριμιτιβιστής μουσικός και συγγραφέας Kevin Tucker, που μεταξύ άλλων εκδίδει και το αναρχικό περιοδικό Species Traitor και έχει συνεργαστεί πολλές φορές με το γνωστό αναρχοπριμιτιβιστή John Zerzan. Η μπάντα παίζει πολύ καλή μουσική και οι στίχοι επικεντρώνονται στον αντιπολιτισμικό λόγο και τη φύση. Στα links για τα split, υπάρχει μόνο η πλευρά των Peregrine.

Peregrine is a four-piece act, created in 2006. The band was formed by the anarco-primitivist musician and writer Kevin Tucker, who is also publishing an anarchist magazine called "Species Traitor" and who has many times cooperated with the known anarco-primitivist John Zerzan. The band plays very good music and the lyrics are focused on anticivilisation and nature. The spit's links above, contain only Peregrine's side.

Μπάντα με περγαμηνές, έχοντας κυκλοφορήσει ένα εξαιρετικό split με τους επίσης καταπληκτικούς Marnost και κυκλοφορώντας αυτόν τον πρώτο τους full-length δίσκο από τη δισκογραφική του Austin Lundr (Panopticon κ.α.) Ποιοτικό αναρχικό extreme metal που προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Κορυφαίες στιγμές του δίσκου τα Tomorrow Black Birds Fly και Pastures of Plenty (riffάρα...) καθώς και ο εξαιρετικός τραγουδιστής (Jens).

Hailing from the capital of melodic death metal, SIBF are an excellent and well-played mixture of black and death metal along with some touches of crust. A band with great references, having released a split with Marnost and releasing their first full-length album through Austin Lundr's (Panopticon etc.) record label. High quality anarchist extreme metal, highly recommented. Highlights of the album the tracks Tomorrow Black Birds Fly and Pastures of Plenty (great riff...) and also the excellent vocalist (Jens).

Αν σου αρέσει το Deathhh(ναι ρε με πολλά ththth),συνέχισε να διαβάζεις προσεκτικά.Oι nos amis έχουν πιάσει το σφυγμό της γαλλικής κοινωνίας και συνδύασαν το κοινωνικό τους μίσος με την αναβλύζουσα φραντσέζα σκηνή(που διψά για αυτό ακριβώς το είδος). Στο μουσικό τομέα, οι H&C δεν τα πάνε καθόλου άσχημα .Η παράγωγη του δίσκου για ερασιτεχνική δουλειά είναι σε καλό επίπεδο(αν εξαιρέσεις λίγο το μπάσο ).Intro σαν το Let it burst σε βουτάνε απ τα μαλλιά και σε σέρνουν  στην άσφαλτο όπως ακριβώς και  outro  σαν το Waste time for wasted minds είναι κλασσικοί <<λαιμοκόφτες>> .Ρε μάγκες γιατί  τόσο μικρό δίσκο, όμως ?Ξέρω είναι πολύ cool να έχεις μονόλεπτα τραγούδια , αλλά ρε παιδιά το χουν κάνει μπάντες(Agoraphobia Nosebleed,S.O.D όπως και παρόμοιας κουλτούρας σχήματα) που ο μέσος όρος κομματιών ήταν 15 τραγούδια και όχι 6!Ως γενικό συμπέρασμα θα έλεγα πορωτικοί ,πλην όμως ελάχιστοι.

If you are a fan of the Deaththth genre (yes sir with lots of ththththths), keep reading carefully. Nos amis have caught the pulse of the french society and combined their social hate with the rising french scene, which craves for this particular kind of music. Musically, H&C are doing rather well. The album's production is very good for amateurs, except maybe some bass guitar pieces. An intro like the "Let it burst" grabs you from the hair and drags you on the asphalt and an outro like the "Waste time for wasted minds" is a classical "headchopper". But guys why such a short album? I mean, i know its cool to have ome-minute songs, but bands who have done that in the past( Agoraphobic Nosebleed, S.O.D. etc.) had about 15 songs in the album not 6! Generally the band is great, but a bit "poor".

Ένα από τα καλύτερα αμερικάνικα deathcore συγκροτήματα με πολιτικοποιημένο στίχο. Οι πιο πολλοί τίτλοι μιλούν από μόνοι τους.

One of the best deathcore bands from USA, whose lyrics deal with politics and social matters in general. Most of the titles speak themselves. Not exactly underground (they are part of Nuclear Blast's roster) but these guys really worth your attention.

Οι Agruss είναι μία φοβερή μπάντα που δημιουργήθηκε το 2009. Η ζωή των μελών σε περιοχές που είναι κοντά στους πυρηνικούς αντιδραστήρες του Ουκρανικού κράτους (συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του Τσερνομπίλ), είχε ως αποτέλεσμα τη συνειδητοποίηση της καταστροφής που προξενείται στο περιβάλλον από τον άνθρωπο του σήμερα. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο λοιπόν κινούνται οι στίχοι της μπάντας.
Μουσικά, τώρα, εγώ θεωρώ το Morok έναν από τους καλύτερους φετινούς BM δίσκους που άκουσα για δύο λόγους. Πρώτον υπάρχουν δύο μέλη που ασχολούνται αποκλειστικά με τα vocals. Αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα να εναλλάσσονται συνεχώς screams και βαθιά κολασμένα growls, με κερασάκι στην τούρτα μερικά αξιοπρεπή clean φωνητικά εδώ και εκεί. Δεύτερον οι hardcore/punk/crust καταβολές κάποιων μελών έχουν κληροδοτήσει στη μπάντα breakdowns, που τα ενσωματώνει πανέμορφα στη μουσική της. Και ναι για ένα τύπο σαν εμένα που γουστάρει το core, αυτό λέει πολλά... Δισκάρα με φοβερή μουσική και ατμόσφαιρα.
