Αν ψάχνεις κάτι ωμό , ψάχνεις λάθος.  Οι Jarun είναι βαθύτατα εσωστρεφής μπάντα, με έφεση στο να δημιουργεί ατμόσφαιρα με ακουστικές γραμμές στις κιθάρες τους.  Καθώς ξεδιπλώνεται ο δίσκος ,θα σoυ θυμίσει πάρα πολύ Akercocke με μια γενναία δόση σκανδιναβικών riffs .

If you re looking for something raw, then you are searching at the wrong place. The Jarun is a band deeply turned to itself, with the tense to create atmpsphere with acoustic lines by their guitars. As the album goes on, the feeling of Akercocke with a strong sense of scandinavic riffs , will come to your mind.

Παρόλο που οι Πολωνοί είναι άγνωστοι στο ευρύτερο κοινό, κουβαλούν στην πλάτη τους οχτώ χρόνια ιστορίας. Οι δουλείες τους είναι όλες αξιόλογες και περνούν με ευκολία τον πήχη του μετρίου. Έτσι και στο τελευταίο δίσκο κάνουν βήματα – δρασκελιές. Ενέχουν το στοιχειό του φρέσκου και του τεχνοκάφρου. Αυθόρμητα ρίχνονται στην μουσική μέχρι να τους ξεκοκαλίσει και χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Ακούγονται εμπορικοί χωρίς να το προσπαθούν. Αλλά, όταν κοιτάξεις πίσω από το περιτύλιγμα θα δεις όμορφα συναισθήματα:  αξιοπρέπεια, εσωστρέφεια και αγριάδα είναι μερικά από αυτά. Για φινάλε ένας φόρος τιμής στην Black Metal σκηνή της Πολωνίας που κρατούσε δυνατή στα πέτρινα χρόνια του underground.

Even though the Polish are not well known to a wider audience they carry a history burden of eight years.Their whole work is remarkable and certainly above average.So they make a step forward with their latest album.They involve both the element of freshness and and tech-raw.They are-spontaneously and without second thoughts-thrown into music until its bones .They sound commercial without trying it.But when you look under the wrap you will see beautiful feelings:dignity,introversion and ferocity are some of these.A tribute to Polish Black Metal scene that held strong even in the difficult years of underground.

Έχω ακούσει πολλές φορές κάποιoν να λέει : ‘’Καλά ρε, σιγά μην ακούσω Post Black Metal , πολύ μελοδραματικό ’’.Την καλύτερη απάντηση σε αυτόν θα την έδινε ο Νίτσε: ‘’ H αρχή του μελοδράματος, βασίζεται στην εσφαλμένη άποψη περί της φύσεως της τέχνης απ την υπόθεση ότι κάθε άνθρωπος προικισμένος με «ευαισθησία» είναι καλλιτέχνης’’ .Ναι φιλέ, ότι έχει αργό ρυθμό , έρποντα μπάσα και πλήκτρα στο παρασκήνιο δεν είναι απαραίτητα μελοδραματικό και άτεχνο .Ώς εν όνειρο κατέβηκε τούτο εδώ το άλμπουμ. Πιστεύω πως το Thaw(ξεπάγωμα) είναι ένας πολύ κάλος δίσκος.Δεν περίμενα απ τους Πολωνούς τέτοιο δίσκο. Έχουν πάρει την γνώση από Μέταλ Τέρατα, την μπόλιασαν  σε ένα φρέσκο μείγμα και η μουσική γλωσσά έκανε την μετάφραση .Οι Πολωνοί έχουν εργαστεί πολύ(σε όλους τους τομείς) για να βγει αυτό το αποτέλεσμα ειδικά στην εγχώρια σκηνή .Εξέλιξη σε ένα άλμπουμ. Άντε να δούμε…

I have many times listened το people saying: "Nah, i ain't gonna listen to Post Black Metal, it's too melodramatic". The best answer to this one comes from F.Nitze: "The beginning of melodrama, is based on the wrong notion of the nature of art, on the hypothesis that every man who is gifted with some level of "sensitivity" is automatically an artist". Yes, my friend not everything that has a slow tempo, low basslines and keyboards in the backround is melodramatic and of no artistic value. This album came to me like a dream. I think that "Thaw"(defrost) is a very good album. I didn't expect such an album from this guys. They got pretty good understanding of the Metal Legends, and they fertilised this kowledge with fresh elements. The language of music made the translation. These guys from Poland have covered all bases with lots of effort and the outcome is really good especially for the local scene. Very nice progress in only one album. Let's see...

Και τώρα λίγο ποιοτικό blackened crust από την Πολωνία. Ανακαλύψαμε αυτόν τον δίσκο στο συντροφικό blog από τη Ρωσία. Τα παιδιά είναι στη φάση αρκετά χρόνια και φαίνεται ότι από πολιτικής άποψης βρίσκονται κοντά στον αναρχικό ατομικισμό. Πολύ καλό album!

And now some blackened crust from Poland. We found this album in our Russian brother's RABM blog. These guys are around for some time and it seems that their political ideas are close to anarcho-individualism. Very good album!
