Φαντάσου σκηνικό: Βραδάκι με  μισοφέγγαρο που είναι πιο φωτεινό και από τον ήλιο .Γύρω σου αμμόλοφοι ,ο αέρας κάνει τις κορυφές τους να ‘’λιώνουν’’ και να στροβιλίζουν την άμμο γύρω από σένα. Εσύ πάνω σε μια καμήλα με φασκιά γύρω από το πρόσωπο σου ακολουθείς το καραβάνι. Αν σε αγγίζει καθόλου αυτό ,οι Al Namrood είναι η περίπτωση σου .Χαίρομαι που επιτέλους ακούω ένα δίσκο ολοκληρωμένο με έντεκα μεστά κομμάτια το ένα καλύτερο απ’ το άλλο . Εδώ, οι μετριότητες αποκλείονται .Είναι τόσο πονηρά αστείο να είσαι underground και να τρώνε την άμμο σου, aboveground πόρνες μεγάλων δισκογραφικών σαν τους Melechesh( σ. σ Δεν λέω ότι είναι ατάλαντοι ,λέω ότι έχουν μια Nuclear Blast από πίσω).Ενώ εσύ πας σε ένα κωλοστούντιο στο Bahrain για να ηχογραφήσεις . Η μουσική τους, έχει έντονα μεσανατολικά στοιχεία αλλά δεν την κάνει να φαίνεται Kitsch αντιθέτως ,δίνει μια πιο προοδευτική χροιά στο σύνολο. Για μένα , το ‘’Estorat Taghoot’’ είναι δεκάρι...Άξιοι!

Imagine the scenery: A night with half-moon which is brighter than the sun. Sandhills all around you, whose peaks are "melted: by the wind. You on a camel following the caravan. If you like this picture, Al Namrood is your thing. I am glad to finally hear a completed album with eleven songs one better than the other. Here, the mediocrity is aout of the question. Its so slightly funny to be underground and still the aboveground music industry whores like Melechesh bite your dust (I am not saying they are untalented, i am just saying that they have Nuclear Blast supporting them whereas these guys recorded their album in a crappy studio in Bahrein). Their music has stronf middle-east influences without being too much. On the contrary it gives them a progressive tone. For me, "Estorat Taghoot" deserves 10/10. Good job guys!
